Sending plan and invoice reminders

How to send a reminder to your member about a plan invitation that they have not yet activated or an invoice that hasn't been paid yet.

Sometimes plan invitations and invoices might get lost in your member’s inbox, so we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to resend them.

How to resend a plan invitation:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Click on the CRM dropdown on the left sidebar. Then click on the Members tab to go to operator.knowork.co/members.
  1. Locate the member you would like to re-invite and click on them within the table.
  1. Select the Plans tab on the right sidebar.
  1. Locate the Inactive plan that you want to resend the invitation for.
  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the card.
  1. Select Resend Invitation from the dropdown menu. To view the email template, please click here.

There are several ways to send invoice reminders:

  • The first and fastest way to send invoice reminders:
      1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
      1. Click on the CRM dropdown on the left sidebar. Then click on the Members tab to go to operator.knowork.co/members.
      1. Locate the member you would like to send a reminder to and click on them within the table.
      1. Locate and click Invoices on the right sidebar.
      1. Locate the Concept/Overdue invoice.
      1. Click Send Reminder at the bottom left of the card. To view the email template for invoice reminders, please click here.
  • If you want to look at the invoice's details before sending the reminder:
      1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
      1. Click on the CRM dropdown on the left sidebar. Then click on the Members tab to go to operator.knowork.co/members.
      1. Locate the member you would like to send a reminder to and click on them within the table.
      1. Locate and click Invoices on the right sidebar.
      1. Locate the Concept/Overdue invoice.
      1. Click View at the bottom right of the card.
      1. Click Send/Re-Send at the top right.
