Refund for the deposit linked to a plan

If you added a refundable deposit amount to your plan, here is how you can refund that amount through Knowork.

How to refund a deposit:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Click on the CRM dropdown on the left sidebar. Then click on the Members tab to go to operator.knowork.co/members.
  1. Select Show only members with a deposit and select the member that requires a deposit refund.
  1. Click the Plans tab on the right sidebar and locate the plan you want to refund.
  1. Click the three dots to open a dropdown menu.
  1. Select Refund Deposit.
  1. In the pop-up, select the amount that you want to refund to the member.
  1. Select Send Refund to process the refund payment.
  1. The member is then notified via email if the refund is successful. To view the email template, please click here.

Advanced: click Mark as Refunded if you want to handle the refund manually. It marks the plan's deposit as refunded.

Please note that your payment provider must have enough funds available to refund the deposit amount.
