Managing service requests

A quick introduction to service requests.

Service requests help you look after your coworking spaces. Whenever a member notices something not working properly, they can notify you via the community page, <Coworking>.knowork.co, by filling out the form. After a member sends in their service request, you can find it in the operator and keep the member updated about the progress. To learn how service requests are created by your members, please click here.

Where to find service requests:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Locate and click Service Requests on the left sidebar to go to operator.knowork.co/requests.
  1. Selecting a service request will show more information about it.

What can be updated after selecting a service request:

  • Status.
  • Internal Notes.
  • External Notes. (Visible to Tenant)

Service requests' statuses:

  • New request.
  • To do.
  • In progress.
  • Done.

Protip: You can filter which service requests are shown by selecting a location and space at the top or use the search bar.
