Managing event requests

How to accept or decline an event request.

Community members can make event requests to the operator via the community portal, <Coworking>.knowork.co. When a member sends an event request, the operator gets an email with the details. To view the email template, please click here. It is also found on the dashboard, in the Activity log. The operator can accept the event request via the email that was sent or via the dashboard. The member who made the event request gets an email if it is accepted. To view the email template sent to the member, please click here.

How to accept an event request via email:

  1. Locate the email with the event request in your mail.
  1. Click the Add the event to Knowork button below.
  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Edit the fields if needed.
  1. Click Save at the bottom right.

How to accept an event request via the dashboard:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Locate and click on the event request in the Activity log on the dashboard.
  1. Click the Add the event to Knowork button below.
  1. In the new tab, edit the fields if needed.
  1. Click Save at the bottom right.

Declining event requests:

Event requests aren't saved in the All Events tab, so to decline any event request: ignore the sent emails.
