General settings

Introduction to general settings and what you can do with them.

Where to find:

  1. Login to
  1. Click the Settings tab on the left sidebar. Then click General in the dropdown menu to go to

Here you can:

  1. Edit community details:
      • Community Name: displayed as the title of the browser tab.
      • Your Website: your company's website.
      • Meta Description: displayed when a link of your community is sent.
      • Custom Subdomain: it can be your community's name or a white-label domain.

  1. Toggle Knowork features:
      • Feed: a page to display user posts.
      • Community Directory: displays all users and companies.
      • Events: displays community events.
      • Spaces: displays bookable spaces.
      • Plans: displays purchasable membership plans.
      • Perks: displays membership perks.
      • Video Room: a page for a video chatroom.
All Knowork's features can be made public. Or you can make them visible only to active members. (Members with active plans)
