Adding a contract to a plan.

When a contract is added to a plan, the user that buys the plan will get an email with the link to the contract. After clicking the sent link, the contract is opened in a new browser tab, and the user can sign it. If the contract is signed successfully, both the user and the operator will get a confirmation email. If the contract signing fails, the user will get an email notifying them of the failed signing.

Adding a contract to a new plan:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Click the Plans tab on the left sidebar.
  1. Then click Manage Plans to go to operator.knowork.co/plans.
  1. Locate and click Create button at the top right corner.
  1. Fill out the forms. For more information about creating a plan, please click here.
  1. Locate Add a contract card and select Enable contract.
  1. Fill in the content of the contract.
  1. Locate Insert Variables on the right of the card and click on the dropdown menu.
  1. Choose which variables you want to add to the contract. To find the variables faster, you can enter their titles into the dropdown menu. Here you can also find Custom Fields.
  1. Locate the Insert sign area on the left of the card and click the blue text. ( [[ sign_here ]] )
  1. Toggle what to disable: (Optional)
      • Attachments.
      • Text.
      • Upload Signatures.
      • Date.
      • Text Signatures.
  1. Click Create Plan at the bottom right.

Adding a contract to an existing plan:

  1. Login to operator.knowork.co.
  1. Click the Plans tab on the left sidebar.
  1. Then click Manage Plans to go to operator.knowork.co/plans.
  1. Locate the plan you want to edit and click on it.
  1. Locate Add a contract card and select Enable contract.
  1. Then follow the steps listed above.
  1. Click Save Changes at the bottom right.

Protip: to find the specific plan faster, use the search bar above the list by entering the plan's title. Or search by location.
